Scheduled - We are performing our annual system integrations and database maintenance. As part of this work, access to the Billing Portal has been temporarily disabled.

We expect to enable limited portal access on December 10. We will keep this page updated should that date change.

This maintenance will enhance our ability to streamline the services we bill on behalf of, giving our customers more real-time visibility and faster invoicing moving forward.

Resolved - It has come to our attention that some customers are not currently being billed for ATT Enterprise Internet or ATT Mobility services.

We are actively investigating this issue with both our billing platform provider and ATT Enterprise to identify the cause and restore normal billing processes.

We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
